Defective items: Do not throw away any defective items that you want refunds or replacements for or you will not get the refund or replacement. You will be required to return the damaged or broken item to us before you will be able to get a refund or replacement. We have a 14 day return policy for those of you are just not satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to refund your purchase of any items. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the items and we do not refund original shipping or handling charges.

If you would like to cancel your order and we have not already shipped it and we are contacted in time we will gladly cancel your order.
After 14 days: My goal is to make you happy so please let me know if you have any problems with your purchase. I will try to make things right.
